3. Employee Overhead: With all the headaches that go with it! Theft, Embezzlement, Unemployment and Worker's Comp. Low Paying jobs mean low loyalty, disgruntled employees.

4. Supply Chain Management: "The delivery truck was 3 days late and now we lost the order!" Or, how about taxes on inventory? Or, how about customer returns because of manufacturer defects?
