The "Rapture" is described as an event that will take place before the coming trials and tribulations on this earth. It involves all good Christians being taken from this earth, and all the bad people being left to face the earthquakes, famines, disease, wars and other desolations. The concept was popularized by the "Left Behind" series.
There is only one problem. There is no evidence for a pretribulation "Rapture" in the Bible. It is a Fairy Tale creation designed to lull the ignorant masses into the false belief that there really is an "easy way out" of life with no pain and no suffering. Rapturists usually refer to Mathew: 24 to justify their position:
"40 Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.
41 Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left" (Ibid)
The only problem is, they don't read the entire chapter, just those two versus. If they did read the entire Chapter they would learn that this event takes place after the last days trials and tribulations. This is also the theme in the Book of Revelation, the biblical authority on the End Times:
"4 And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the abeast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him?
5 And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months.
6 And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven.
7 And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.
8 And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world." (Revelation 13)
John saw the beast of Satanic global government, or what we call the "New World Order". He also saw that this "Beast" would wage war on the true Saints of God and, to a large degree, overcome them. This means the good people of this world go through the trials and tribulations just like everybody else. The difference being, they go through them with God.
Lust is the enemy to any man professing to have faith in God. Lust leads to fear and fear is the enemy of faith. Instead of the false hope of a pain free existence, the Bible teaches that we should face our trials head-on with prayer, obedience to God's laws, and faith that we will overcome all things in the end. Regardless of our present circumstances.
I have been shown the things that are coming and they are terrible. They are also great. the great part is the knowledge I have that no matter how dark the room might be, God is always there. We need to remember that sore trials often lead to great miracles, and an even greater understanding of the power of God.
Each one of us has a role to play in this great winding up scene. Some will play the role of martyr. That is just a simple fact. The key is to stay loyal to the truths you have been given no matter what consequences the world dishes out.
The fact of the matter is that the governments, economy and sadly most institutions of religion have been infiltrated and are now controlled by the Satanic Psychopaths that want to enslave and destroy the masses of humanity. We will not defeat them with money, intelligence, or brute force. The Bible tells us that much.
"10 He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity: he that killeth with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints." (Ibid)
In other words, the laws of justice dictate that destruction will eventually come to the destroyers. History proves this to be a correct principle. Every evil empire that at one time ruled the world eventually implodes from its own excesses. The same will prove true for the coming Global Satanic Psychopathic one world order.
We merely have to oppose the evil and the laws of justice start to work in our favor. The greater the opposition we face, the greater will be our reward, both in this life and the life to come.
We need to abandon the belief that God takes away out trials if we are good men and women. My experience is that the trials get worse. What improves is our ability to endure and overcome them.
