Elish Angiolini, the highest appointed official in Scotland, appears to be behind the effort to shut down the Holly Grieg investigation. I received the following documents from a confidential source that contain communications Angiolini's lawyers to Robert Green and others that have brought the Holly Grieg Masonic Sexual Abuse to light.
"The written content includes inter alia:
• the Lord Advocate effectively buried a case to prevent a Sheriff (Judge) who she was
associated with being investigated;
• that she reacted to public calls for a Police investigation by pressuring against
publication;
• that our client made a concerted and continuous effort to conceal the facts from the people of Scotland; and
• she has repeatedly failed to tell the whole truth about her connections with the Hollie
abuse case.
In the video, it is claimed the case against those accused of child abuse was effectively
blocked by our client, that our client lied about her involvement in the case, and that our
client repeatedly perverted the course of justice. Further, in the video content claims the
alleged rape gang is operating with the protection of the Lord Advocate and the Lord
Advocate should be dismissed."
My colleague Michael was distressed and upset to receive a rude and
aggressive telephone call from a Mr Callum Anderson at 1245 today Monday 8 January 2010,
demanding to speak to the Editor of the UKColumn. Michael felt intimidated by the nature of this
call, which I understand was from your office.
We note the terms of your e-mail below. Can we urge you to take immediate legal advice. On doing so
you will be advised that the onus is on the publisher to prove the truth of what is published. Not only is
the content defamatory we believe the publication is a breach of the criminal law both at common law
and in terms of the Protection from Harassment Act 1997. Your failure to remove this article from your
website may make you complicit in this criminal act the matter will now been reported to the police.
So all of this culminates in the arrest, conviction and imprisonment of a journalist. Now, I am going to make an assumption here, and I would ask my Scottish Readers to correct me if I am wrong. They are a Republic that operates under a Parliamentary form of Government and NOT a Third-World Banana Republic that is ruled by the "General of the Day".
That being the Case, This is a criminal cover-up orchestrated from the office of the highest elected official in the land! ANY member of Parliament that reads this has a DUTY to call for a motion of "No-Confidence" and a dissolution of the existing regime. This is your DUTY ladies and Gentlemen! Do it, or face the wrath of an informed electorate who will not be forgiving in a case that pits the whole Scottish Government against a little girl with Down's Syndrome and her mother!
Failure to act is an action in and of itself that will Ultimately implicate every member of the Scottish Parliament and leave the blood of Holly's Uncle on your hands!
