According to various News Reports Russia is building a "phantom" military using inflatable weapons that look like real armaments. The tank above is just one example.
"From the air, the decoys look remarkably realistic. But in this day of thermal imaging and heat-seeking missiles, Rusbal has had to improve dummy technology to interest the military. They line various parts of the equipment with a thin layer of metal and install a heating system so that, for example, an inflatable truck would appear to have a warm engine when viewed through thermal imaging.
Talanov claims that in side-by-side tests conducted by the military, one can't tell the difference between the real and the fake. (Source)
Perhaps the inflatables serve another purpose, one far more sinister. I quote the following from a vision reportedly given to LDS Church President George Albert Smith in the mid 1940s.
"Then President George Albert Smith said, "I have had a troublesome vision of another great and terrible war that made the war just ended look like a training exercise, and people died like flies. It began at a time when the Soviet Union's military might dwarfed that of the United States, and we, that is the United States, would have missiles that carried an atomic bomb in Europe. I saw the United States, withdraw its missiles to appease the Soviet Union, and then the war began."
Interestingly enough, the START nuclear missile reduction treaty with Russia is now before Congress:
"President Obama and Russian President Dmitry Medvedev in April (2010) signed "New START," which requires their nations to each cut their deployed strategic nuclear weapons to 1,550 warheads, down from the maximum of 2,200 allowed by 2012 under an earlier agreement. They must both also restrict their active nuclear delivery vehicles to 700, with another 100 platforms allowed in reserve.
The pact is awaiting a ratification vote in the Senate, where the 67 votes required for passage must include at least eight Republicans in this Congress." (Source)
It is expected to be ratified in November. Unfortunately, Russia would gain a huge nuclear weapons advantage under the treaty, especially in Europe:
"Republican Senator John McCain, Romney and others say the treaty is flawed because it leaves Russia with a huge advantage in tactical nuclear weapons over the United States. Those weapons threaten U.S. allies in Europe, which depend upon a U.S. nuclear umbrella for protection, the skeptics say." (Source)
Now, back to the prophecy:
"He also said that we would have big missiles in deep holes he described like grain silos which the Soviets would try to destroy by their own missiles. (NOTE: Neither Nuclear Missiles nor Silos existed at this time) They would hit military installations and certain cities also... He continued that the U.S. would be bound by numerous entangling alliances and would take away weapons owned by the people. He talked some about the initial attack and the ground warfare...
One tactic, especially in Europe, was to transport thousands of tanks in big trucks like semi trailers (Did not exist) on the super highways (Also did not exist) to have them located where they wanted them when the war was to begin... Then he said, "The aftermath was dreadful. Think of the worst, most difficult times of the depression...That worst time of the depression will seem like a Sunday School picnic when compared with how conditions will be after that great war."
About those inflatable tanks. They would prove to be extremely useful in covering up that fact that Russian tanks have already been moved into Europe, the Middle-East and the Eastern Seaboard of the United States. I saw in vision that the Russians invaded the United States along the Atlantic Coast and down through Canada. I also saw that this invasion was preceeded by a strategic nuclear attack.
In my vision, China attacked the Western Coast, and an invading force came up through Mexico into the United States. Europe, I have recently been shown, will be decimated by nuclear, biological and chemical attacks and reduced to rubble by the invading Russian armies. Hardest hit were France and Germany. England, for some reason, avoided the worst of it, but was overwhelmed by fleeing refugees from mainland Europe. I felt that this was according to some prearranged agreement between the East and West.
England, because of the refugee created food shortages, was engulfed in rioting and civil strife, insomuch that it was almost impossible to maintain any semblance of order. The monarchy was overthrown, and the "City of London", the Satanic Psychopathic stronghold, was burned to the ground. Prior to this, the crown jewels were removed by the conspiracy, along with much of the other wealth pertaining to gold and silver.
I was greatly surpised to see England's fall into chaos. I was told that it was in the Divine Plan to "make an end to all nations" before the Savior would appear. I was shown that He would replace them all with His own political system, and that He personally would govern over the nations of the world. I saw that the Constitution and Bill of Rights would form the basis for His earthly government. I also saw that all of mankind that remained after the judgements, would be sanctified and willing to embrace their new found liberty. Those that denied their Liberty were destroyed by the judgements. Their Spirits were consigned to Hell until the 1,000 years of Peace were ended.
