For those that are ignorant of the United States Constitution, it reads:
"The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States". (Source)
In other words, the President's primary responsibility is to lead the United States military. The real question people should be asking billionaire candidates like Romney is, what is your military experience? I served 4 years in the United States Air Force and, as a veteran, this is a major concern for myself and others. So, what of Romney's own military service?
Romney claims he served a Mormon Mission instead of going to Vietnam. I also served a Mormon mission. Unlike Romney, I had no problem serving my country for an additional 4 years. JFK recognized the importance of military service, and made sure to enlist during World War II. Unlike Romney, he took the same combat risks as many other Americans at the time. Many Mormons also served in the military during war-time, after serving their Church as full-time missionaries.
Its called Patriotism, something that Mitt Romney and other Illuminati Globalists sneer at. Mitt extended his military deferment through college at BYU and then Harvard. When he graduated in 1975, Vietnam was pretty much over. JFK also attended Harvard. Unlike Mitt Romney he did so after serving in the military.
Like Mitt Romney, I have earned my Bachelors Degree and Graduate Degree. The difference being, I did so after serving my country for 4 years and serving a full-time mission. Unlike Mitt Romney, I wasn't some spoiled rich kid with wealthy parents that bought my way through life. I paid for my own mission, out of my own pocket, with money I had saved from my military service. I also payed for my own college education.
Mitt Romney hasn't paid for anything except television commercials, expensive image makers and speech writers. He expresses no moral convictions worth noting, and has done nothing to demonstrate that he understands what kind of sacrifice is necessary to be a true American Patriot.
Like other spoiled rich kids, he has the engineered smile, perfectly coiffed hair, and is well-trained to show conviction when he actually feels none. His biggest failure, however, is the fact that he was too big a coward to take the same risks as John F Kennedy, George Washington, Abraham Lincoln and numerous other Presidents of the United States that trusted in providence and God to preserve them in battle.
Like his extremely wealthy father before him, Mitt doesn't take risks, or let God decide his fate. He just expects you and your sons to take all those dangerous risks on his behalf. In fact, none of his own sons have served time in the United States military. The Romney legacy lives on.
This is not just an insult to you or me. This is an insult to the millions of men and women that have served this country through our armed forces. Romney's candidacy would end with another Commander in Chief (think Bill Clinton, George W Bush and Obama) that wants to run the most advanced military in the world without venturing to experience what it is like to go through the grueling experience of basic training, breaking down an M-16, or reporting to a hazardous duty assignment with people waiting there to kill you.
This country needs a hero to run its military, not some coward who ran away from military service using his religion and education as an excuse. Maybe Romney should do a few commercials like another Massachusettes governor with a similar background, Mike Dukakis. Lacking in military experience, he had a video done of himself riding in a tank with a helmet on.
Another real American zero, just like Mitt Romney.
