Many, including myself, joined the Mormon Church because we were told that it was led by a Prophet of God that was in constant communication with Deity. In fact, Joseph Smith recorded hundreds of revelations in the Church's Standard Works. These revelations and others that have come down by later Prophets make up the Doctrine and Covenants and Pearl of Great Price in the Mormon scriptures.
Now, for whatever reason, many believe that the lines of Revelation have been closed. In fact, the last official revelation entered into the Church's scriptures is the Proclamation on the Family, which decries homosexuality and other influences destroying the traditional family. Ironically, Gordon B Hinckley presented the Proclamation to the then President of the United States, William Jefferson Clinton. That took guts.
It gets worse. A small but vocal faction of sociopaths within the organization stand guard to discredit the entire revelatory process. Men like Mitt Romney, who stated the last time that god spoke to man was when Moses spoke to the burning bush. This fact has since been expunged by the Illuminati Mormons. (Source) They are good at changing history and facts when they want to manipulate the rank and file within the Church.
But, here is the text...
" WASHINGTON - Presidential candidate Mitt Romney says in a videotaped interview that he doesn't know that God has spoken to anyone since the time of Moses.
"The comment is in stark conflict to his Mormon faith that believes God spoke to founder Joseph Smith and other church prophets subsequently.
"In the interview with Boston's WCVB, a reporter asks Romney several questions about his faith in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, including how his faith would impact him if elected.
"'Should God speak to you, and ask you to do something that might be in conflict with your duties as president, or should He speak to your prophet who would speak to you, how would you make that decision, how would you handle that?' reporter Natalie Jacobsen asks.
"Romney laughs and then replies, 'Well, I don't recall God speaking to me. I, I don't recall God speaking to anyone since, uh, Moses and the [burning] bush, or perhaps some others, but, but I don't have that frequent of communication.' . . .
Luckily, there are still news sources that don't delete the past when it is convenient. Jon Huntsman is no better than Romney when it comes to a belief in revelation. Both men have basically denied one of the most basic tenets of Mormonism.
In fact, the Book of Mormon calls such men like Romney "Like unto that Son of Perdition".
5 Wo unto him that spurneth at the doings of the Lord; yea, wo unto him that shall deny the Christ and his works!
6 Yea, wo unto him that shall deny the revelations of the Lord, and that shall say the Lord no longer worketh by revelation, or by prophecy, or by gifts, or by tongues, or by healings, or by the power of the Holy Ghost!
7 Yea, and wo unto him that shall say at that day, to get gain, that there can be no miracle wrought by Jesus Christ; for he that doeth this shall become like unto the son of perdition, for whom there was no mercy, according to the word of Christ! (Source)
Sadly, those Son of Perditions, like Romney are forbidding other members to even discuss their revelations, dreams and visions. It is almost as if they don't want people to be warned of the pending calamities that they and their Satanic brethren are bringing upon the world even as we speak.
Satan's goal is to catch all men unawares so that he can destroy them before they repent of their wickedness and un-Godlike deeds. God does still speak to righteous men and command them to publish what He says to the world as a warning to where the Satanic Psychopaths are leading them. He will always warn His Servants, and His Servants will always warn His people.
Again I quote from the Book of Mormon:
7 And again I speak unto you who deny the revelations of God, and say that they are done away, that there are no revelations, nor prophecies, nor gifts, nor healing, nor speaking with tongues, and the interpretation of tongues;
8 Behold I say unto you, he that denieth these things knoweth not the gospel of Christ; yea, he has not read the scriptures; if so, he does not understand them.
9 For do we not read that God is the asame yesterday, today, and forever, and in him there is no variableness neither shadow of changing?....
19 And if there were miracles wrought then, why has God ceased to be a God of miracles and yet be an unchangeable Being? And behold, I say unto you he changeth not; if so he would cease to be God; and he ceaseth not to be God, and is a God of miracles.
20 And the reason why he ceaseth to do miracles among the children of men is because that they dwindle in unbelief, and depart from the right way, and know not the God in whom they should trust.... (Source)
Maybe those that say that a vote for Mitt Romney is a vote for the devil might have more truth than they realize. "Like unto that Son of Perdition" and being a Son of Perdition are not really that far apart. Buy silver bullion and coins from Drockton Bullion, email pdrockton@aol.com
