Mormon Pedophile Scandal Threatens Church and Sheriff Joe
Under Arizona Law:
"Any member of the clergy, priest, or Christian Science practitioner who reasonably believes that a minor is or has been the victim of injury, abuse, child abuse, a reportable offense, or neglect shall immediately report or cause a report to be made." (Source)
Arizona also grants immunity to anyone that reports child abuse. This means they cannot be sued by anyone for making the claim unless they acted with "malice". (Ibid) Thus, there is no excuse under Arizona Law for NOT reporting abuse if you are a member of Clergy.
"A person who violates this section requiring the reporting of child abuse or neglect is guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor, except if the failure to report involves a reportable offense, in which case the person is guilty of a Class 6 felony." (Ibid)
Arizona Law is exceptionally clear on the responsibility of Clergy to Report abuse. The case against Warren Jeffs, whose breakaway group left the Mormon Church many years ago, because they desired to practice polygamy, had a community that straddled the Utah-Arizona border. He stands out as a prime example of what happens when clergy conspire against the Laws of the Land.
According to the Mormon Church's "Handbook of Instructions" the Bishop should act to "Protect the Innocent, Safeguard the Integrity of the Church, and Save the Soul of the Transgressor. "Repentance may include disclosure to government authorities. If confidential information indicates that a member has violated applicable law, the bishop or stake president should urge him to report the matter to appropriate government authorities.". This is not the only requirement, Bishops are also mandated to follow reporting requirements dictated by the "Laws of the Land".
This means that the perpetrator should go to the authorities themself and confess. Whether they do or not, any Bishop in Arizona is REQUIRED to report an incidence of abuse to law enforcement authorities.
Maricopa County has a very large Mormon population. In fact, its Congressman, Jeff Flake is a Mormon. So is Fulton Brock, the County Supervisor. Fulton's wife, Susan, was accused of sexually abusing a boy by the child's father before two Mormon Bishops. The father even turned over an i-pod that reportedly belonged to Susan as proof of her involvement with his son.
This was not a confession by the perp. It was an accusation that was later substantiated by a confession. Under Arizona law, it was a reportable event.
"According to court documents obtained by New Times, the relationship between Susan Brock and the boy was uncovered by the victim's girlfriend, who discovered sex-themed text messages between Brock and the victim on the boy's phone on October 8. The girl told her parents, who contacted Susan Brock, as well as her county supervisor husband, to tell them they knew of the abuse." (Source)
Instead of contacting law enforcement, which a County Superviser and Politician should be expected to do, Brock apparently persuaded the abused boy's father to take it to the leaders of the local Mormon Church. From jailhouse records, it becomes apparent that Fulton Brock had far more sympathy for his wife than he did for the victim. Going to the Church, where a man like Brock could throw his weight around, or had personal connections, can easily be viewed as an attempt to prevent his wife from being prosecuted.
In other words, obstruction of justice.
"As the father of the victim later told police, after meeting with Church leaders to discuss the abuse, he was "under the impression" that cops would be called. But they weren't -- as the boy's father was waiting for church leaders to alert authorities of the abuse of his teenage son, he got "tired of waiting" and called them himself on October 22.
But that wasn't the first time the Mormon Church learned of suspicions that Brock was abusing the boy.
In October 2009, about a year before Susan Brock's arrest, the Brocks and the victim's parents met with leaders in the Mormon Church. The topic of conversation: suspicions that Susan Brock was having sex with the teenage victim...
Susan Brock denied having sexual contact with the boy -- which was a lie -- and continued to abuse him for another year." (Source)
Pedophiles were usually sexually abused themselves when they were children. The fact that the matter was steered to the LDS Church, where it was suppressed and not reported, should be of grave concern to those that wonder just how much the Satanic Psychopaths have infiltrated the Church.
The two Bishops involved obviously acted in the political interests of Fulton Brock, and against the laws of Arizona and the interests of the child. In typical Illuminati fashion, Fulton Brock has also avoided justice in Maricopa County, where "America's Sheriff", Sheriff Joe Arpaio presides over all that he purveys.
Since Fulton Brock presides over Sheriff Joe's county, and Sheriff Joe would have been the man to investigate both of the Brocks, the question remains as to whether or a not a "cover-up" took place through Brock's political connections at the Sheriff's Office.
Even more disturbing, is the fact that no one, not Fulton Brock, not the Mormon Bishops, are being prosecuted for violating the reporting laws of the State of Arizona, and Brock lacks the basic human decency to resign. Yet, Psychopaths will be Psychopaths. They neither admit wrong-doing, nor do they willingly pay the price for their psychopathic behavior.
By the way, Fulton Brock is also a Boy Scout Leader, and a Pop Warner- Little League Sports volunteer, according to his online bio. (Source) Apparently, his wife met the 14 year old at the Mormon Church, possibly through the Church's youth program. Pedophiles love the kind of access to children that Church youth programs provide. There, they can operate with both authority and apparently, as two Mormon Bishops in Arizona demonstrate, with impunity.
"Law-enforcement authorities said local leaders of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints never reported information to police that could have protected a teenager abused by Susan Brock, wife of Maricopa County Supervisor Fulton Brock.
Church spokeswoman Kim Farah said leaders did report the abuse, but she declined to provide details on who was told and when. The LDS church, based in Salt Lake City, would let Farah be quoted only for this story. Farah said the actions of the church were appropriate." (Source)
So, either Sheriff Joe's police force is lying, and the abuse was reported by the LDS Bishops (As stated by the LDS Church's official spokesperson), or the LDS Church is lying and the "cover-up" leads right to Salt Lake City. Personally, I side with the father of the victim on this one, he seems to be the only one that doesn't have anything left to loose.
Who knows maybe one of the Lawyers that sued the Catholic Church for covering up the crimes of Pedophile Priests is reading this article. Sometimes, the loss of vast amounts of money is the only thing a corrupt organization will respond to.
