So, first they create the crisis, then they create the solution. That is the Illuminati formula, and it has worked so well that they will not change it anytime soon. Here is how it operates:
1. Identify a legitimate social concern.
2. Sensationalize it in the media with emotional gut-wrenching interviews.
3. Have someone say, "There Ought to be a law!"
4. Pass a law.
5. Create a bureacracy for enforcement.
6. Start the process over again.

Mr Butler, who heads Newcastle University's Cybercrime and Computer Security department, said: ''Roy's research has the potential to be a fantastic tool to aid intelligence gathering for crime fighting agencies, in particular serious and organised crime and for those tracking down paedophiles.
''If children are talking to each other on Windows Live or MSN Messenger, we are looking at ways of providing the chat room moderators with the technology to be able to see whether an adult is on there by the way they type.''
Mr Butler said the technology could also be used to prevent convicted sex offenders committing further crimes.
He said: ''As part of a sexual offences prevention order, courts currently have the power to ban a sex offender from using a computer." (source)
So they want to track pedophiles for prosecution? Why not start with the following:
1. The "Franklin Cover-up" is a good lead. Pedophiles at "Boys town", who would have thunk it? High level politicians and other societal leaders. Total criminal prosecutions: none that I am aware of.
2. The Holly Greig scandal. This involves a Judge, Social Workers, Educators and Administrators. The Lord Advocate, the highest ranking Law Enforcement officer in the land has covered up more than her fair share of pedophile scandals. Her resignation could go a long way towards cleaning things up in Scotland.
3. Utah sets a new standard for Pedophile Protection for its failure to prosecute over this young lady's story, with signed perp confessions! Then we have the recent resignation of the Republican pedophile leader in Utah (brought about by this website). We also have the Glenn Pace Memo, which resulted in zero prosecutions as well.
4. Then there is Facebook. Heck, this guy plants trees for Pedophiles and honors them on his site with no repercussions. Holly Greig's page was deleted.
5. Last, but not least, we have the Catholic Pedophile Society of Purported Priests. Can anyone tell me if one Catholic Priest has actually gone to jail for pedophilia?
So, here is the the Drockton Solution:
1. Ban Satanism and its practice in the military and Society.
2. Tell Facebook to buy the same software that My Space uses.
3. Force politicians to resign AND prosecute them for Pedophilia or Obstruction of Justice.
4. Force out Newspaper Editors like this one that aid and assist Pedophiles.
5. Don't let cash settlements stand in the way of prosecution. If anything, add bribery and witness tampering to the charges.
