"(The) Immigration and Nationality Act of 1965 (Hart-Celler Act, INS, Act of 1965, Pub.L. 89-236) abolished the National Origins Formula that had been in place in the United States since the Immigration Act of 1924. It was proposed by United States Representative Emanuel Celler of New York, co-sponsored by United States Senator Philip Hart of Michigan, and heavily supported by United States Senator Ted Kennedy of Massachusetts.
An annual limitation of 300,000 visas was established for immigrants, including 170,000 from Eastern Hemisphere countries, with no more than 20,000 per country. By 1968, the annual limitation from the Western Hemisphere was set at 120,000 immigrants, with visas available on a first-come, first-served basis. However, the number of family reunification visas was unlimited. While as of 2010 there are no quotas for immigrant spouses of US citizens, quotas for other types of relatives of US citizens have since been instituted." (Source)
Anchor babies are supposed to be identified as children born on American soil to legal immigrants. The law was enacted for the purpose of keeping the families of legal immigrants together. Thanks to the mechanization of our Satanic Psychopathic Banksters and international corporations (like Marriott), who desire a global slave labor force, our Courts and Congress have liberalized our laws to permit an army of cheap illegal immigrants to enter and remain in this country unlawfully. First of all, no legislature or court can legally create a law contrary to our Constitution and Bill of Rights, which is the highest law of the land. The 14th Amendment is specific:
"1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws."
Neither Illegal Immigrants, nor their children born on United States soil, can be granted citizenship under the Constitution, because they are not subject(s) of the jurisdiction thereof. They are subjects to the country they came from illegally. If that country is Mexico, than they and their children are Mexican citizens.
"No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States". Just what are those privileges? Well, according to the Declaration of Independence, they include Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. According to the Constitution (above quote), they are Life, Liberty and Property.
1. American Citizens have a Right to Life. This means that it is illegal to permit anyone to enter or remain illegally in this country that is a threat to our right to life. That includes gang bangers, drug pushers, rapists, pedophiles, murderers or others that enter this country illegally. The only way the Federal Government can protect our right to life is by sealing our borders and deportation. There is no other way.
2. Liberty is defined as the freedom to engage in the normal everyday practices of life, without undo interference from unjust laws or corrupt judges and politicians. Fear is the enemy of liberty. Illegal immigration is also a threat to our Liberty because it creates fear and reduces our wages to the point where we can no longer fully participate in the rights of full citizenship. Slavery is the opposite of Liberty. Wage slavery, brought about by illegal immigrants competing for the jobs of American citizens, is slavery all the same.
3. Property is defined as income and assets. Taking away the income, through our Welfare programs, and giving it to those who are here illegally is a violation of our rights as American citizens and is Un-Constitutional.
All this only shows how egregious it is for the State of Utah to fire and prosecute the Patriots that have shown their devotion to the United States Constitution, by releasing the names of those who are in this country illegally. Now, Utah politicians and bureaucrats have added "cover-up" to the long list of other crimes perpetrated against the people of their State. I quote from the head of the Department of Workforce Services:
"All those people on there, who are receiving benefits, are legal U.S. children citizens," she says. "There's no one on that list, but for one individual who received emergency medical care, which is required by the federal government."
Cox says other names in the database are household members they come across who live with the children. (Source)
Translation: "The list compilers used our database to identify illegal aliens who lived in the same household as their child, who happened to be born on American soil." These children have unlawfully been granted social security numbers and are eligible for welfare benefits. Since, it is impossible for a welfare, or social security check to be cashed by a minor, they must be sending the checks to the parents or other caregivers. This is why their names are in the database.
It also means that those same family members are very likely receiving a full range of other benefits from the State of Utah, including Social Workers, Child Services, Medicaid benefits etc. The fact that the children of illegal aliens are getting checks from the State of Utah, creates an Unconstitutional burden on the people of Utah, and a financial incentive for illegal aliens to have additional children on American soil.
This is why "The List" is being suppressed, and bureaucrats are coming forward with misinformation, lies and half-truths. The "whistleblowers" have probably been threatened into silence. The Utah Illuminati controlled media has "spiked" another story to protect their Corporate overlords. The only winners here are corporations like Marriott, that benefit from the higher profits that an illegal alien workforce provides through artificially suppressed wages.
With millions losing their unemployment checks, and still without work, it should come as an additional slap in the face to think that the very system they vote for and sustained, has now relegated them to the "obsolete" trash-pile of living wage workers. They should also be outraged that their tax-dollars helped create the Socialism that endows these illegal immigrants with better benefits than they or their families ever received while they were fully employed.
Benefits which should be paid by International Corporations that transfer their responsibilities to the state.
